Blackmer
BLACKMER LG1 Sliding Vane Pumps
The LG1 Sliding Vane Pumps have 1-inch (26 mm) NPT tapped ports for 180° inline porting and can produce flow rates between 15 - 37 L/min at temperatures from -32°C - 115°C and working pressures up to 24.1 bar. They offer two mounting styles: base mounted foot (LGB) and motor adapter, to a NEMA C-face motor, (LGF). The LG1 Sliding Vane Pumps can also be quickly and easily rebuilt.
Available as a bare shaft pump, pump unit or as a complete EDS skid incl Exe/Exd motor, filter, ballvalves, Blackmer Bypass balve, manpmeter, safety valves ect.
Applications :
- LPG, Butane & Anhydrous Ammonia
- Multiple-Station Cylinder Filling
- Multiple Bottle Filing
- Small Transfer
BLACKMER LGL 1.25 & 1.5 Sliding Vane Pumps
The LGL Motor Speed LPG Pumps have 1.25-inch or 1.5-inch NPT tapped ports for 180° inline porting and can produce flow rates between 38 - 125 L/min at temperatures from --32°C to 115°C and working pressures up to 24.1 bar and maximum differential pressure of 10.34 bar. They offer two mounting styles: foot mounting to a common baseplate (LGL) and bracket/ coupling for direct flange mounting to a NEMA C-face motor (LGLF). Blackmer® LGL 1.25 & 1.5 Sliding Vane Pumps feature Cavitation Suppression Liners. This technology mitigates cavitation by reducing the amount of cavitation in the pump. Reducing the cavitation level reduces vibration, noise and wear.
Available as a bare shaft pump, pump unit or as a complete EDS skid incl Exe/Exd motor, filter, ball valves, Blackmer Bypass valve, manometer, safety valves ect.
Applications :
- LPG, Butane & Anhydrous Ammonia
- Multiple-Station Cylinder Filling
- Multiple Bottle Filing
- Small Transfer
Blackmer LGL 2, Blackmer LGL 3 and Blackmer 4 | Sliding Vane Pumps BLACKMER LGLD 3 AND BLACKMER LGLD 4 Sliding Vane Pumps with double shaft
Offered in 2-, 3- and 4-inch sizes, LGL Pumps have 90 degree porting, internal relief valve, and come in single-ended (LGL) and double-ended (LGLD) pump shafts models. LGL 2-4 Sliding Vane Pumps feature flow capacities ranging from 114 – 1,400 L/min and speeds up to 980 rpm (LGL2, LGL3) and 800 rpm (LGL4). Maximum internal relief valve pressure for all models is10.3 bar differential. Companion flanges available for NPT or butt-welded connections. The Cavitation Suppression Liner, non-metallic duravanes, and end discs are wear components that can be easily replaced.
Available as a bare shaft pump, pump unit or as a complete EDS skid incl Exe/Exd motor, filter, ball valves, Blackmer Bypass valve, manometer, safety valves ect.
Blackmer TLGLF Pumps for mobile applications
Designed to be flanged mounted to tank vessels on trucks, the BLACKMER TLGLF Sliding Vane Pumps are for use in LPG, butane and anhydrous ammonia. The TLGLF Truck Pumps are available in three different models - two 3-inch models – the TLGLF3 TLGLF3 and TLGLF3HD and one 4-inch model – the TLGLF4. With a max flow rate of 1,608 L/min the TLGLF4 pumps are designed for transport loading and unloading. Whereas the BLACKMER TLGLF3, designed for bobtail truck use, features a f low rate of 530 L/min ideal for smaller tank vessel sizes. With an increased flow rate that is 29% greater than the TLGLF3, the BLACKMER TLGLF3HD model features flow rates of 681 L/min, ideal for high capacity bobtail trucks All BLACKMER TLGLF Pumps offer maximum differential pressure of 8.62 bar, and can be driven by PTO shaft or by hydraulic motor using an adapter kit. BLACKMER TLGLF Sliding Vane Pumps provide numerous benefits to truck operators, such as:
- Sliding vane pumping technology is the most well suited for handling thin liquefied gases like LPG
- All TLGLF Pumps can be easily rebuilt to like new condition with Blackmer rebuild kits TLGLF3HD TLGLF4
- Self-adjusting vanes maintain flow rates even as they wear
- The Blackmer cavitation suppression liner mitigates the harmful effects of cavitation within the pump
- Dry run ability, that enables line stripping, and high suction lift capabilities
- Double-ended shaft for clockwise or counterclockwise rotation
- Auxiliary intake ports for emergency loading and unloading
